Old Business
Court Website - The court website continues to be a work in process.
Jury Questionnaires - A meeting of the Jury Questionnaire Committee has been scheduled for December 13, 2011.
Meeting with Magistrate Judges - Judge Butts has met with the Magistrate Judges.
New Business
Orphans Court Rules - New rules are being adopted in connection with adoptions.
Scheduling Orders - Scheduling orders in civil cases were discussed. There was a suggestion that expert reports should be due after completion of discovery and that the period of time from completion of discovery until trial should be shortened. The Court indicated it would consider any proposals which are submitted.
PFAs - Judges are looking more critically at requests for withdrawals of PFAs.
Next Meeting - The next meeting will be February 6, 2012 at noon at the Ross Club.
