NOTICE TO THE PROFESSION

     Effective Tuesday, December 8, 2009, and pursuant to authority contained in Act 49 of 2009, the following changes due to the increase in the JCS/ATJ fees will result in the following changes:

BASIC FEES

DEEDS - $62.00
MORTGAGES - $62.00
ASSIGNMENT OF MORTGAGE - $54.00
RELEASE OF MORTGAGE - $54.00
SATISFACTION PIECE - $57.00
INSTALLMENT SALES AGREEMENT - $42.00
LEASE OVER 30 YEARS - $52.00
EASEMENT - $52.00
RIGHT OF WAY - $52.00

REGISTER OF WILLS AND CLERK OF ORPHANS' COURT  

A fee of $13.50 is added to the existing basic fee for the following instruments: WILL, ADOPTION, GUARDIAN - MINOR, GUARDIAN - INCOMPETENT, SMALL ESTATE.
