Attorney Admissions

     New Lycoming County attorneys, Jason Poplaski, Charles R. Hardaway, Rita Alexyn, Brian J. Bluth, and Mary C. Welby, were admitted to practice by the Court on October 4, 2002. Please welcome them to the practice of law in Lycoming County. Also welcome Wilfred Knecht, McCormick Law Firm, and Ryan M. Tira, McNerney, Page, Vanderlin & Hall, recent admittees to the Pennsylvania Bar, to the LLA.

Annual Dinner

     Mark your calendars for Monday, January 13, 2003. That's the date of the LLA annual banquet, at 33 East. We have a very special program scheduled for this year. Watch for more details soon.
 

Christmas Toy Drive

     The LLA is working with the Lycoming County Paralegal Association again this year to collect new toys to distribute to needy children. Please consider donating a new toy to this worthy cause. Watch for boxes in your office, or if you do not receive a box after Thanksgiving, contact LLA President Andrea Bower (abbesq@aol.com) secure a box or donate a toy.
 

Bench and Bar Composite Photos

     The LLA has a limited number of reproduction Bench and Bar composite photos for the years 1901, 1911, 1939, 1953, 1970 and 1988. These copies are not the high quality originals that were originally distributed, but are nevertheless nice reproductions. Members of the LLA are welcome to contact Sue Feist at the LLA office (sfeist@lycolaw.org) to obtain a set of these photos, at no charge. Note - "quantities are limited."
 

Lycoming Reporter Bound Volumes

     A reminder. Lycoming Reporter bound volumes 18, 19 & 20 have been released. The volumes cost $40.00 each and may be purchased at the LLA office. Contact Sue Feist.
