The Lycoming Law Association Foundation has awarded a grant of $1500.00 to the Lycoming County Historical Society, continuing an effort started in 2014 to preserve important, local legal documents.
Newly appointed Court Administrator Adrianne Stahl & staff decided that the best way to get to know the members of the Bar is to leave the court house and come to us, with a "Meet & Greet" event at the LLA office.

The PBA presented County Bar Recognition Awards during the 50th Annual Seminar of the Conference of County Bar Leaders to the LLA for Wills for Heroes, Law Day and Mock Trial Competition, and the Angel Tree Project.
In 2016, on behalf of pro bono lawyers, $500 was donated to St. Anthony's Center, Williamsport an organization that feeds, clothes and otherwise serves needy families in the city.

The 2015 Honorable Thomas Wood. Jr., Equal Access to Justice Award was presented to Lycoming County law firm Elion, Wayne, Grieco, Carlucci & Shipman, P.C.
The Annual Banquet was held at a historic, but new, venue this year. Morrone's banquet facility offered drinks, hors d'oeuvre and a terrific dinner to LLA members and guests on Monday, January 11, 2016. The highlight of the evening was the recognition of two long serving Magistrate Judges who retired at the end of 2015.
