The 2015 Annual Meeting of the Lycoming Law Association took place on January 12, for the first time in the new LLA office and conference facility. Tom Waffenschmidt concluded his term as president and turned over the President's clock to Tammy Weber for 2015.
The 2014 Honorable Thomas Wood. Jr., Equal Access to Justice Award and a PBA Pro Bono award were presented to Lycoming County Attorney Kathleen Raker.
At its 2015 Annual Banquet, the Lycoming Law Association, in cooperation with North Penn Legal Services, recognized those of its membership who have volunteered to provide legal services to the poor.

The Young Lawyers Division of the Lycoming Law Association again sponsored an Angel Tree toy drive, collecting toys, books, games and clothes from lawyers and law office staff in Lycoming County.
The LLA Foundation has granted $7,500.00 to the Thomas T. Taber Museum of the Lycoming County Historical Society to fund the abstracting, indexing and preserving of legal documents related to Lycoming County, in the Museum's archive.
On December 5, 2014, the Lycoming County Court of Common Pleas sat for a special session of court at which six attorneys were admitted to practice before the "several Courts of the County of Lycoming."
On November 6, 2014, the YWCA recognized the 2014 class of Women of Excellence. Lycoming County President Judge Nancy Butts was named Wise Woman of the Year.
The documentary film, Malcolm Muir: A Pioneer in the Efficient Administration of Justice, narrated by John M. Humphrey, premiered on October 20, 2014, the 100th anniversary of Judge Muir's birth. The showing was followed by a reception.
