The Supreme Court used a historic venue at Philadelphia's Old City Hall to introduce television cameras into the court room. LLA's own Mike Collins was there, arguing an appeal involving a unique medical-legal issue.

Senior U.S. District Court Judge Malcolm Stabler Muir died overnight, in hospice care. He was 96 years old and had served on the bench since 1970.
