The James V. Brown Library now houses the Lycoming County Law Library. The move from the Lycoming County Court House, where the library has always been housed, took place in February 2006.
The Library will continue to maintain a Pennsylvania-based collection of print materials for attorneys and individuals, and online access to LexisNexis for additional Pennsylvania and federal resources. In addition, accessibility to the materials is greater as the Library is open extended hours.
