Yaw Named 2004 Outstanding Solicitor

Lycoming Law Association member E. Eugene Yaw was named Outstanding Solicitor for 2004 by the County Commissioners Association of Pennsylvania (CCAP) for providing outstanding leadership, advocacy and legal proficiency to Lycoming County. The honor is bestowed on leaders who are advancing the interests of counties statewide and serving their communities well.   Yaw has “demonstrated exceptional initiative, fortitude and professional competency as he expertly coordinated or provided legal advice and counsel on a multitude of diversified projects to enhance county government operations,” according to his board of commissioners.  Yaw was nominated for the award by the Lycoming County Commissioners.
