Local Attorney Speaks at State Conference

Certified Elder Law Attorney Jeffrey A. Marshall co-presented the Opening Session of the 11th Annual Elder Law Institute on July 24th and 25th at the Harrisburg Hilton.

For the eighth consecutive year, Attorney Marshall has been invited to co-present this session with York Elder Law Attorney, Robert Clofine. Their “The Year in Review,” updated attendees on the latest developments and most relevant cases affecting the elderly in Pennsylvania. The Institute, known as one of the leading elder law conferences in the nation, attracted nearly 400 attorneys from across Pennsylvania.

Attorney Marshall also moderated the Institute’s closing session entitled “The Gray(ing) Areas of Elder Law.” The session enabled attorneys to ask their most perplexing questions about elder law to attorney Marshall and a panel of the state’s leading elder law experts.
