By-Laws Revisions Proposed
In July 2007, LLA President John Pietrovito appointed an ad hoc committee to review the by-laws of the Association and to consider whether changes were required. The committee, consisting of President Pietrovito, President Elect Tammy Taylor, Charles Brace and Gary Weber recommended certain changes to the by-laws.
The proposed revisions to the by-laws were approved by the Executive Committee of the Association on December 10, 2007. The Executive Committee agreed to submit the revisions to a vote of the general membership at the Annual Meeting, scheduled for January 14, 2008.
The proposed by-laws revisions are available for review. In addition, a summary of the proposed revisions as well as the reasons for the proposed changes is available for review, and any comments may be directed to President Pietrovito.
