Lawctoberfest

The LLA Young Lawyers division sponsored the fifth annual Lawctoberfest at the Holliday Inn. The event benefitted the Lycoming Law Foundation.

This year, the guests were entertained by Jazz Band, featuring Charles Holmes from West Branch Drug and Alcohol Commission.

Nearly 50 LLA members and guests consumed a unique menu of German dishes.  The first course consisted of Caramelized Pear Salad, Beer Noodle Soup, Soft Pretzels, and Pumpernickel and Fried Bread.  The main course followed with Roasted sucking pig stuffed with apples and basted in apple cider, Bratwurst, Sauerkraut, Spätzle and Bavarian Potato Salad.  Desserts included Black Forest Cake and Apple Strudel.

A silent auction raised money for the Foundation, along with admission fees.
