Shipman Elected Library Friends President

J. V. Brown Library Friends Select Officers

Lycoming Law Association member Patricia Shipman was recently elected president of the Friends of the James V. Brown Library at its annual membership meeting. The Friends offer support to the Williamsport based library by encouraging use of the library facilities and fund raising for library projects.
