Carlucci Elected Scout Leader
William P. Carlucci was elected president of the Susquehanna Council, Boy Scouts of America, during the Council’s 2011 annual meeting May 23 in Lewisburg.
The Susquehanna Council serves more than 2,500 youth members and 1,200 adult volunteers in Clinton, Lycoming, Northumberland; Snyder and Union counties, and conducts six weeks of summer programming for Scouts at Camp Karoondinha along Penns Creek in western Union County.
Carlucci has been a member of the council’s Executive Board for more than 20 years, and serves as Scouting coordinator for St. Ann Church. He is active with both the Pack 38 Cub and Troop 38 Boy Scout programs, and has served as scoutmaster.
Carlucci also serves on the Loyalsock Township Board of School Directors, and is a past president of the Lycoming Law Association and the Pennsylvania Bar Association.
