Penn College Presents LLA Paralegal Award

Each year the Pennsylvania College of Technology presents the Lycoming Law Association Award to the paralegal program student with the highest grade point average. This year's winner is Ekaterina “Kate” Ferguson.
Kate is a county employee. You might encounter her in the Court Administrator's office.
The Association has been sponsoring this award for a number of years. Of course, paralegals are essential employees in many of the offices of our members.
