LLA Lawyers Support Retention of Judges McCoy and Lovecchio

The fall 2019 election ballot includes two items of particular interest to members of the Lycoming County legal community. Both Judges Joy Reynolds McCoy and Marc Lovecchio are seeking to be retained for another 10 year term to the Court of Common Pleas of Lycoming County.

In an effort to assist the public in deciding the retention questions, the Lycoming Law Association surveyed its membership. The results of the survey overwhelmingly supported the retention of the Judges Lovecchio and McCoy.. The Association, therefore, endorses the retention of Judges Lovecchio and McCoy, and encourages voters to vote "yes" for the retention of these two judges
