The Making of a Portrait

All the judges who have served Lycoming County, at least since Judge Gamble in 1868, have been immortalized by the portrait maker. That tradition continues today as recently appointed Judge William Carlucci faced the camera for his official portrait.

The Lycoming Law Association has secured photographs of Judge Carlucci and hopes to present the official portrait for display in the courthouse, later this year. Photographer Whitney Hart is the photographer. She has been responsible for several recent judicial portraits, most recently that of Judge Ryan Tira.
