Law Day Grand Prize Award Spoonsored by District Attorney

The Lycoming Law Association is pleased to announce that a GRAND PRIZE will be awarded to one student in the essay portion of the Law Day Competition.  The GRAND PRIZE, which has been sponsored by District Attorney Tom Marino’s Office, is a $1,000 cash prize!

Several other cash prizes will be awarded to essay and art winners.

This year’s theme, Voices of Democracy, recognizes that in democracies, the people rule. For nearly 250 years, Americans have expressed their political views and wishes by speaking their minds and voting in elections.

Information for entering the art and essay contest is available on the Lycoming County Law Day page.

The contest is open to all Lycoming County students (private, public, and homeschooled).

The winners of the contest will be celebrated at a ceremony at the county courthouse on May 17th.
