Neidig Appointed Chair of the Domestic Relations Procedural Rules Committee

By order dated February 4, 2026, the Pennsylvania Supreme Court appointed LLA member Jenna Neidig as chair of the Domestic Relations Procedural Rules Committee. The Committee consists of 12 members, including Commonwealth judges and attorneys.

The Domestic Relations Procedural Rules Committee advises the Supreme Court on matters related to the procedural rules governing actions for divorce, support, custody, paternity and protection from abuse. Rules are usually generated by the Committee and, after vetting by the bar, may be approved by the Court and implemented on a statewide level.

Congratulations to attorney Neidig for her recognition in the domestic relations practice area and for her appointment.
