Judge Kieser Receives 2004 Community Award

Judge William Kieser was awarded the 2004 Community Award by the Lycoming County Health Improvement Coalition at its annual banquet on November 16, 2004.  The Lycoming Law Association counts Judge Kieser as one of its members.

The Lycoming County Health Improvement Coalition is a voluntary collaboration of 37 board members and over 50 Task Force Team volunteers representing various sectors of the community, including religious organizations, schools and higher education, minority groups, municipal and county government, public health, health care, civic and community organizations, the private sector, and social welfare organizations.
