2003 Salvation Army Appreciation Award
The members of the Lycoming Law Association believe that it is important to help those in need, particularly during the Christmas season. Every year, the Association undertakes a "Toys for Tots' campaign. Boxes are placed in the offices of member law offices, and toys are collected for distribution to needy children. The Salvation Army distributes the toys.
Many of the collection boxes were filled to overflowing, and dozens of toys were provided to the Salvation Army for distribution to local children. According to Salvation Army personnel, over 1000 children are served by the program.
Again this year, the McNerney Page office was far ahead in the collection effort. Apparently a "dress down" day encourages a substantial number of donations. Good job McNerney Page, and all others who donated!
