Wiley Recognized as Unsung Hero

Lycoming Law Association and Williamsport City Council member J. Michael Wiley, was recognized by the YWCA with the "Unsung Hero Award."  The award was presented to Wiley at the annual awards dinner held at the Genetti Hotel on Monday, September 20, 2004.

In accepting the award, Wiley noted that there were many unsung heroes in the audience.  "While I'm here I want to extend my thanks to everyone."  He credited his parents with encouraging him to participate in the community.
