Carlucci Laments Law Office Technology Abuse

So, you are fond of diverting your calls to voice mail.  And you wonder why your colleague doesn't drop everything to immediately answer your email.  Did you answer your cell phone while your witness is testifying at a deposition?

In a recent article in the Pennsylvania Lawyer magazine, LLA member Bill Carlucci expressed a few (negative) thoughts about these and other rude, or at least annoying habits that have crept into the law office.
