Please be advised of an early deadline the Lycoming Reporter. All notices must be submitted as follows: Received by Monday, July 1, 2019 by 1:00 PM for publication in the Friday, July 5th, edition

The Court has issued an order amending the case monitoring notice form and implementing new rule L229, dealing with notice of discontinuance.

Effective immediately all reports of the guardian of the person and the estate required by 20 Pa.C.S. § 5521(c) shall be submitted and the filing fee(s) paid through the Unified Judicial System of Pennsylvania web portal at https://ujsportal.pacourts.us utilizing the Pennsylvania Guardianship Tracking System (GTS) application. Paper filings of these reports shall not be accepted by the Lycoming County Court.

Please be advised that there will be an early deadline for Reporter Notices for the upcoming holidays. All notices must be submitted as follows: Received by Wednesday, December 19st, at 5:00 pm for publication in the Friday, December 28, 2018 edition. Received by Thursday, December 27th, at 5:00 pm for publication in the Friday, January 4, 2018 edition.

Pennsylvania's new statewide Guardianship Tracking System will go live in Lycoming County on December 20, 2018. For more information, please visit http://www.pacourts.us/news-and-statistics/news?Article=973. A Williamsport workshop on the system will occur on December 21 at the Holiday Inn Express.

Lycoming County Court issues updated 2019 calendar.

The Superior Court will be holding a special session in Lycoming County on May 7th and 8th of 2019. Argument sessions will be held at approximately 9:30AM-12PM and 1PM-3PM on both days.
